Pre Sale Questions

Returns: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.

● Items must be unopened, sealed, and returned using a tracked and signed

shipping service, at your own expense.

● Refunds will be processed once we receive your return, with a £15 processing fee deducted.

● After 10 Days: Refunds are not available. However, if returned within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a store credit voucher valid for one year.

Exchanges: Accepted for unopened items or if an incorrect item was sent.

● All exchanges require review and approval before processing

At Slayboujie, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Shipping to the United Kingdom We offer Express Tracked Delivery for all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Time: 2–3 working days Fully tracked for peace of mind.

Shipping to the USA and the European Union We provide reliable shipping services to the USA and EU regions.

Delivery Time: 3–10 working days, depending on the destination.

Tracking is available to keep you updated on your order’s journey.

Installation Policies

● A30-minute in-person or video consultation is required before booking your appointment.

● During the consultation, you can ask questions, and we’ll provide full details about your requested installation.

● Deposits for appointments are non-refundable.

● Cancellations and Rescheduling: Must be made at least 10 days before your appointment.

● Cancellations within this window will result in the loss of your deposit.

● Youcanreschedule your appointment to the next available date within the same or following month.

● Same-Day Cancellations: Will result in the loss of your deposit and require full payment to rebook.

Late Fees: To ensure fairness and maintain our schedule:

● 10minutes late: £10 late fee

● 20minutes late: £20 late fee

● 30minutes late: Appointment will be canceled, classified as a no-show, and full payment will be required to rebook.

Tape Extensions

● Tapeextensions must be removed in-store to ensure they can be reused.

● Wecannot reuse tapes removed elsewhere.

● Retape fees must be paid within one month of in-house removal.

● Tapes will not be held at the salon without retape fee payment.

● After one month without payment, tapes must be collected, or they will be discarded.

● Maintenance Appointments: Required 4 weeks after your initial installation to ensure the health and safety of your hair.

● Failure to attend a maintenance appointment will incur a £50 removal fee.

● Slayboujie is not responsible for damage caused by neglect, as maintenance is advised during consultations and the initial appointment.

Note: Regular maintenance is crucial for protecting your hair and ensuring proper care of your extensions.
